The Summit, a newly-opened, fine-dining restaurant boasts not only stunning panoramic harbour views, but also exquisite Cantonese cuisine curated by Michelin-starred chefs, who have mastered the nuances of traditional handmade Cantonese dishes that are elevated to the highest level in terms of presentation, aroma and flavor.

Table Seating & Meal Preference: To assist with a smooth food service, seating will be split between tables according to Non-Veg and Vegetarian, and food will be served in family style sharing.
